Latest build - Pika 90 :)
#1
Fancies still stroll in the brushed world.  Built this one a few weeks ago and it has become my favorite flyer.  I get a solid 2 minutes of fast flight before I bring it back for a landing.  It has enough heft to be able to handle what I feel are heavier winds.

Lynx Heli Pika 90mm frame
FuriousFPV Acrowhoop v2
Lumenier 0820-12 motors
Propellors
Battery

The flight controller is a second that was purchased as a spare.  I am not sure, but it might be something that Furious FPV may be removing from its offerings.  I hope not, it drives the the 8.5mm motors without issue and has awesome range!

That's one hefty looking frame! I really like the idea of the prop guards integrated into the frame

It weighs in at about 20 grams with the camera mounting. It has found the ground several times with no scars so far. Whatever it is made out of, it is light and strong!

The whole assembly, with battery, weighs only 65 grams so on the lighter side.

One thing about the prop guards, they tend to 'harvest weed stalks and such with the front props. They are great for hard surface impacts, but are an entanglement with bushes and weeds and such.

Now that I have had a chance to fly this for a while, it has become my second favorite aircraft...just behind Lizzy (Lizard 95). Safe flying everyone!

Thanx! I have been flying my other quads after the FC started to get squirrely. I am going to get it air born soon enough! It is a tough frame.

Very cool. I really want to get a 3d printer. It would be really nice to print my own frames. What kind of range are you seeing?

I was using the FuriousFPV AcroWhoop controller and could get about 150 meters reliably. The controller has developed an issue with the accelerometer and it is not flyable at present. I likely going to put a cheap FC on it and might be able to get to 100 meters with it. My brushless micros are my main focus right now, but I still enjoy zooming my brushed quads around as well.
