Kran 140 FPV racer

The Kran 140 is a new frame that comes from our French friends. they are hyperactive It may be noted also that in the production and implementation of frame for FPV racing.
Browsing the forums, I fell over and I contacted Christopher and Marko for their buy one.
Apologies for that matter to them, given the time taken for review. Blame it on bad luck with the components!
The packaging is very clean and looks good. A reminder frequencies 5.8GHz.

Inside the plastic bag we find all the elements necessary for installation including the manual.

The leg assembly and Polyflex in engine mounts is done by simple insertion background printed 3D elements. Afterwards, they will be fixed later with a screw on the arm.

The bottom plate is 2 mm. must slip one by one the spacers in 3D that will be designed to accommodate the feet.

simply are coming feet settle into the inserts and will later be supported by the top plate.
It also has another advantage is that they also act as soft mount.

The top plate is 1.5mm and also receives inserts in 3D.

The blank assembly can begin. There are clearly where are the important bridges should not be overlooked during assembly.
I think the camera attachment and placement of ESC.
Once assembled, the arms have a slight flexibility due to fixing system
This does not affect the behavior in flight and will be beneficial to disperse the forces during impact.

I measured a weight of 35g mounted with screws and aluminum spacer. Which promise to be lighter!

Listing components
For components I took the simplest and best value.
Flight card: Omnibus F4 nano v3
ESC:  Racerstar Dark18A 18A 2-4S 4 In 1 BLHeli_S 20x20mm DSHOT600
Engines:  RCX H1407 (V2) 3800KV Micro Outrunner Brushless Motor
VTX:  VTX03 Super Mini 5.8G 72CH 0 / 25mW / 50mW / 200mW
Camera:  RunCam Micro Swift 600TVL 2.1mm / 2.3mm IR Blocked 1/3 FPV CCD Camera
Propellers:  RACEKRAFT 3041 Q4CS
Lipo: DYNOGY 4S 600MAH
The RaceStar takes place on 2 mm spacers.

You will need to choose M2 * 5mm screws to attach your engines. The original ones are not long enough.
I chose the high density braid to protect well, have a clean finish and give a nice look to Kran.

The support of the Runcam is made by a 3D printer. Marko can provide one.

The finished build displays 135 gr, which is an excellent ratio for this format!

This frame assembled with the components listed in the article really brings some pretty impressive performance for this format, the Airbot map f4 really gives a very healthy behavior even with the base PID Betaflight 3.2 (dynamic filter enabled).
Obviously the design also brings an undeniable advantage, optimal vibration absorption through junctions polyflex!
I had doubts about the strength during impact, but my doubts were dimmed during a crash or mega I just change the propeller before leaving.
The assembly (flexible) arm does not feel at all in flight against must be provided to replace the 3d print to block arms when any game is found.
After + - 15 flights 600 mah battery 4s enough, but am not on flights involved a 850 against really brings the necessary amperage, but adds weight and changes the behavior of the chassis.
The average flight time is 2 600 mah 30 min and 4 min at 850, has to choose
You know what you have left to do…
Good flights!

Just have to bump this thread, the photo's of this amazing looking frame didn't come out either Pim. The Kran 140 looks sooooo cool that it's a shame not to have the pictures here.

Also I checked you website too, and didn't find a link to buy these frames there either, are they only available to contact via facebook?
Windless fields and smokeless builds
