It looks like the Cetus Pro, the VTX is modular. Therefore you can upgrade. The question remains, whether there is a different VTX that would fit. Betafpv does make VTX with 200mW.

The TBS Unify Pro 32 Nano is my go to for a tiny VTX. Weighs less than a gram, is the size of a fingernail, and outputs stupidly clean analog at 400mW.
