Introducing myself
#1
Wink
Hi everyone, I'm MSSCrasher.  I have been enjoying the sport for 2-3 years (but a newbie, for sure).  I'm lately working on two birds.  Both are Marmotte's (electronics are different as I seek a sleek build that is compact and nice looking).  I have always flown LOS (Line of Site), but hope to move into FPV.  I am struggling with the interconnections between F7's and the 4in1 ESC's.  I have fried (recently) 2 FC's and 2 F45A's due to using supplied cable by one manufacture.  Turns out the power/ground wires are real important and if messed up (wired incorrectly), they can fry boards easily.  But I have to take the blame as Mfg's did provide wiring diagrams and pinouts (I just messed up).  So I've ordered some more and will do better next time.  I am also trying the new POPO motors and props for the first time.  A lot of new stuff and a lot to learn.  I hope to enjoy this forum and both learn and have fun with the other members.  Thanks, MSSCrasher

Welcome to the forum Smile

What quads were you previously flying LOS? (hint: pictures needed Big Grin)

If you need any help, there is plenty of expertise on here to get you over any hurdles so you just need to ask and someone will chip in.

Welcome. Incorrect wiring will easily fry stuff. You always post the diagram of your wiring for us to double check.
