Infinity Lipos from Aliexpress/Banggood
#1
I bought two Infinity 4S 1300 mah 70C batteries from Air Toy on Aliexpress because they were the only guys who still shipped lipos to India. Took them out for a maiden flight yesterday on my ZMRX210 with DYS SE2205/2300s and HQ5040x3 props.

Overall, for a $22 lipo, it performs just as well as my Bonka 1300 mah 65C pack. Considering the price and convenience, it's not such a bad investment. Perhaps better packs like Tattu R-Lines would certainly outperform these, but I still got around 3 minutes of acro flying and landed with both batteries at about 3.78 volts per cell.

The batteries are also a little longer and heavier than my other packs.

I'm with you, just because they have a snazzy colourful logo on them doesn't mean they are good!? However I am (in the same boat as others) severely limited with options for getting batteries delivered to South Africa...

Edit to add, they DO look pretty powerful on the punches, I did see voltage drop into the 13's but I only fly toys LOS so I have no idea if this is a worry?

But if Gulzaar can keep us updated with regards to longevity... Huh

I did a quick flight comparison between the infinity graphene 1300, 1500 and the infinity race 1300 a month ago. Here is the data i gathered:

So far, after 30-40 cycles, they're still going strong and are my best-performing packs. I'm also a t a loss for choice as far as lipos available in India, but for the price and for the value they've got so far, I'm pretty happy. I wouldn't even mind running only these packs.
