Iain SP7 happy to be onboard
#1
Hi , Im new on here n happy to be on here,  been flying since 2014 and run 3D Flyzone - All about Aerial Fun, Quadcopter Videos, Battling events , Training , Sales & just about anything catered for that Quadcopters can do.     Presently learning FPV and trying to encourage friends in my local Vicinity to get together and have FPV race meets.
Love The Skies >> Reclaim the skies for Civilian & Peaceful use not Amazon or military. Look up & be positive, watch the skies n enjoy the airspace !  Kites for windy days, quads for fine days Smile

3D Flyzone fleet - x2 IdeaFly Mars 350   ( for Filming )
                         - x1 DJI Phantom FC40 ( High Alt filming & Stunts )
- Bayangtoys x16 Typhoon ( FPV & higher risk filming ) [ v cheap for what they are , but slow and bit numb in responsiveness ]
                         - Eachine 250 - V1   ( FPV Racer )
                         - Syma X5 - (FPV learner - V good - Attach 800TVL 25mw transmitter camera to top, wire it up n fly , easy to do & top fun !
                         - JJPro Battler 130 ( FPV Racer - intermediate, on with this at present , despite poor reviews i really like it now set up )
                         - x2 Eachine QX70 (micro FPV - Dont Buy. They are weak, rattle and dissapointing. im using the parts to fit to new frames )
                         - Eachine X5 Hexacopter ( V early , still flies ace ! even the coreless brushed motors are still ok )
                         - Numerous Nano Eachine H7s & H8s used for robot wars like events 3D Flyzone presents about the UK.

Plus many more experimental & broken ones too !

Bless up blue skies & fly !   Iain

Welcome to IntoFPV Iain! You have found a fantastic and active community, full of very helpful people happy to provide help and experience wherever they can.

I like the sound of your fleet and I am personally planning to get into aerial photography and get my RPAS license in the next 2 years so I hope you will stick around long enough for me to take advantage of your experience with camera rigs!?

'Bless up blue skies' Sounds like a good sig!

Thanks Sloscotty, im always flying n battling myself when doing it, were only a small crew n get about the UK doing outdoor events in a netted off shelter,  over the last couple of years its been difficult actually finding people who can fly competently and compete !  hoping this year therll be more of the enthusiastic pilot type .  we fly the nano copters and have a lfleet of about 40 of them, constantly in repair .   the www.3dflyzone.com page takes you what we do, it evolving n think this year it should really take off Wink

Thanks Tom,   yep we all gain knowledge about this new tech from each other,  theres not many other places to learn from ,  i experiment , sometimes break things like cameras trying to wire them up but getting there now.   I wrote to the CAA asking what the legal requirement where for my business, they aknowldedged my email then never wrote back , i consider they dont really know what the law is quite yet.  I just get on with it and use good common sense, had no problems ...yet !   fingers crossed and more blue sky days !
Good luck with yr set up too Smile
