how to fix emf detect voltage divider?
#1
After crash into snow, HifionRC F7 AIO has motor M2 stuttering and failing to spinup... then beeps twice. Demag, timing, flash ti BluJay make little difference.

All FET look ok. Tested caps for short. All diodes are 0.55V. The output 22ohm are all 22ohm. Seems like cant detect the emf to spin right.

I kinda know what should be:
Each 10k resistor connect to each motor pad.
The 1.5K connected to gnd
The 4K connected to common.. where they all meet, and go into Fortior input sense.

But on bad M2, all "10K" measure around 5.5K and all beep continuity to all motor pads.

I tried replacing the
0201 10k.. Same

I dont know how. I dont know why. I was about to replace the Fortior gate driver.
But, It seems to be working now. I connected an old Xing1404, and was able to spin up with 0 stuttering.

Over the last 3 days, I did a LOT of crazy desperate things to this board.
Probably 10-12 hot air cycles.

I replaced most of the 9x 0201 SMD from donor board.
Many many failed attempts, with 0201 blown away.
Its also virtually impossible to see if these things are soldered well without magnification.

A HUGE setback (why it took so long), was relying on the adjacent M1 or M3 circuit. Big mistake. The Mfcr made small subtle changes... ugh.

So.. out of the blue. The quad stopped working.

I started measuring with DMM, and got weird diff numbers each time.
After I kept probing, the 0201 that I soldered just fell apart. Go figure.
Probably because I cooked em too much removing from donor board.

So, now we are waiting 1 month for slow boat with nice fresh 0201.
