Hobbyking Delivery
#1
What avenue are you guys using for Hobbyking delivery at the moment?

I was using the 'UK Direct Channel' as it was quick, cheap and avoided import taxes.  But this option seems to have gone.

I quite fancy buying a small hex ARF along with receiver and FPV gear which is about £150 so not sure which postage option i should choose to avoid the tax charge and get quick delivery?

Tim.

haven't used hobbyking for large order for a while now (more than a year)..
But I know for a fact that DHL will definitely charge you tax, as they always actively pay for it even custom isn't asking for it Smile few days later you get a letter from them, asking you to repay them, and charge you extra for handling Smile

Last time UPS Delivered to me from HK, the delivery driver turned up unannounced demanding £40.08 without so much as an email or advising of delivery.  Wouldn't accept £40 and didn't have any change at all.

While getting some stuff from Hobby King was good value I made the mistake of opting for free posting.....OMG, never again. It took 100 light years to get from wherever to Australia, By the time I got the parts they were obsolete. He he.

Actually China to Australia is only 0.00000000079 light years…  Sleepy
