Hi!
#1
Hello!
My name is Nathan, a French who lives in Shanghai Smile since I've got a phantom 3 I started to be interested for the fpv racing. But God, too much thing and my main problem currently is the wiring... But I'm getting close Smile
I'm just now in the phase to make my list of "what to buy" and then check how to assembly everything to be sure before to buy.

Otherwise my other passion is the photography, climbing and brew my beer haha

Welcome,

It sounds like you have a decent combo if hobbies there. I would say my mental image of trying to do all 4 sounds dangerous... drinking beer, on a cliff somewhere, trying to take photos of a quad... Popcorn

This is definitely a good spot for help on getting started with a build. These guys have helped me tons on mine and I pretty much learned what I needed from posts here or on Oscar's blog.

Speaking of Oscar's blog, here is a good post that I've referenced a couple of times: https://oscarliang.com/250-mini-quad-part-list-fpv/
I've also read this one a couple of times: http://intofpv.com/t-some-common-questio...pilots-ask
and then another thing outside of this site that I found useful was a youtube vid that is getting some extra attention around here lately thanks to Aaron. https://goo.gl/kxgScb It's pretty helpful and talks about the wiring since you mention that being a problem. (posted as a goo.gl so that the forum doesn't automatically embed the video)

Good luck and definitely keep us updated on your progress!

Glad to help! All 3 of those links have been a huge help along the way with the exception of wiring up my FC... that I had to dig deep on the internet and I am still scared that I might have done it wrong (but I don't think I did lol).

The video is great but it's absolutely quick and dirty rundown. For me it was more a confidence builder of "I've seen someone do it, now maybe I'll try it" than it was a purely instructional video.
