Hi there!
#1
Hello All,

Just wanted to introduce myself  Smile

I am writing from the UK, completely new to the RC scene, multicopters and FPV - oh, and I have zero experience with electronics, soldering and the lot...

I am, however, thirsty for knowledge and avid to learn more about this fascinating world.

Thank you all for sharing your knowledge and experience, I am certain they will help me progressing and avoiding some errors (others will be inevitable, I am sure)!

Hey guys,

Thank you all for welcoming me here!

I have many questions and doubts (I am currently looking into radio transmitters and receivers to start with...) and I am furiously researching the forum to find my answers  Wink

I will certainly ask and participate here, as I'm sure the best way to learn is to ask those who already went through the same learning exercises... man the learning curve for this hobby is steep if you have no background at all!  Tongue

yes it's a steep learning curve but you could normally get over it in 2 - 3 weeks of studying Smile
don't forget to check out my blog! especially the beginner tutorial series on the right hand sidebar! (oscarliang.com)

Thanks Oscar, I've already come across your site and I am finding it very useful! Smile
I am currently spending a lot of time studying all the information, and I am finding the process very interesting and rewarding!

Just hope it won't be too long before I make my mind up on what I want to get and I get airborne... Wink
