Hi from Canada
#1
Hi guys, thought I'd pop in and introduce my self to your cool little community.  I'm from the banana belt region of Canada, on the outskirts of London, Ontario.  I've always been a golf fanatic but blew my rotator cuff out and got into quadcopters in the spring to keep me occupied.  Just didn't know it would turn into an obsession hahaha.  After the usual learning to fly with cheap RTFs like the U807 (still fun to fly) I went directly to large aerial video drones. But I recently built a couple minis, first a ZMR250 and more recently a Space One Formula 220X racer as I might try a little racing at the regional level next summer.  I'm not a tech geek,I'm the kind of guy who knows how things work but not why.  When I read about IMU calculations, 100us and quaternion implementation, my eyes just glaze over. Anyway, just planning on hanging out, keep on learning and provide a little input if I can.  And try not to step on any toes Big Grin

Chears, Tim

I tip the scaled at a whopping 145 lbs, so it probably wouldn't hurt much.  Thanks for the welcome!
