Hi, Everyone!
#1
Third post...

I may be an active poster, we'll see Big Grin

I have tried eSports - competitive vid gaming - to fill the motorcycle-racing shaped hole in my soul. It ain't working.

I'd race shopping carts if they had a sanctioned series...

I figure this hobby bridges my need to spend lots of money on things I can never resell, my need for speed, and my desire to not break any more bones.

I will probably be really bad at flying for the first decade or so, but I'm not impatient. Nor proud...

I'm from the DFW (North Texas) area. I am an engineering program manager turned corporate business guy, so I get to play hooky and use my toys at surprising times. Maybe we can go fly sometime?

Thanks for having me!

Welcome to the forum,

most of the times we don't break bones... we break carbon fibre frames Wink
as for being from texas... don't shoot our quads Tongue

feel free to ask the questions.

i really love the "spend lots of money on things i can never resell" - wow that is a really good summary of this hobby

aaaand yet... it is amazing to cut through the air, tree, lantern, ground... and again!
All the best
