I have been a builder of  flying models for years.  I managed to get out of it for a long time and have been gradually getting back into it after retirement.
 
My background is in computers, electronics and communications.
 
My Gear:
            - I am "slowly" working my way into a scratch RC Explorer V3.5 Tricopter Build. 
            - My radio is a HI-Tec Aurora 9
            - My flight tranning is a Sharper Image cheeeep Quad with 10 minutes of flight                 time.
            - I acquired a SC 608 charger in need of a software update.
            - I will be adding a camera and FPV as I get into it.
 
I found a copy of Oscar's LiPo battery Blog./primer and found it to be more useful than anything out there.  I needed an update on LiPo as they were not available when I was flying. Thanks Oscar!!
 
Looking at the Member Map, I am alone in this area.
(was unable to get the map to take my location, any directions?)
 
I am not big on a digital footprint like  Facebook - Instagram - Twitter.
