a few things you can check first:

have you selected the correct RX protocol in betaflight?
is the RX wire connected correctly to the FC?

Hello i am having the same issue although after a small crash. the Receiver on the Quad came unplugged from the crash i plugged it all back together once getting home my Flysky Controller is picking up my drone and all things light up but get no reactions from moving any sticks. ive checked to see if a failsafe was stopping me from taking off (aux1) and also the default throttle down-right but still no spin

Failsafe is only activated when RX or FC is powered on, when you restarted the power failsafe should be gone. First thing to check would be the connection? also check the soldering of the header pin for receiver? making sure RX getting power? Also try a different cable, it's possible that it could get damaged during crash.
