Help with Brushed Quad
#1
Hi All

I have almost finished a new brushed build but am having some issues. As soon as I plug in the battery, the motors spin up and then very slowly slow down. If I then arm the quad and throttle up, the motors increase accordingly but as soon as I set the throttle to zero again, the motors very gradually decrease throttle. My components are as follows:

Mini F3 FC: http://www.banggood.com/Mini-F3-Flight-C...21113.html

Afromini Brushed ESC: http://www.dronejunkie.co.uk/product/afr...ushed-esc/

0820 15 brushed motors.

The FC is loaded with cleanflight 1.11 and I have the following settings:

Min Throttle: 1000
Max Throttle: 2000
Looptime: 1000
Motor PWM Rate: 32kHz

Can anyone point me in the right direction for what might be causing the issue?

Regards
Jeremy

can you test the motors with the motor tab in cleanflight? if it does the something then you know it's not software or settings, it's hardware related...

Hi Oscar

Yes it does the same thing in the motors tab. It has been suggested that the FET's are not switching off. So I will have to get my multimeter out and check the resistors to see if everything is at the correct voltage.

Make sure oneshot125 is turned off, had that problem with an oskie build, and that is normally the cause (motor pwm & oneshot).
