HELP! How do I Build This 2S Brushless Whoop?
#1
Hello,
I've been dying to build this RakonHeli 66mm 2S brushless whoop.

[Image: Rakonheli-2S-Delrin-Carbon-66mm-Brushles...982-05.png]

The problem is, I have no idea how to build it correctly.

- How do I wire-up the ESC?
- How do I connect the ESC to the FC?
- How do I attach the vtx and camera to the FC?
- How do I add a buzzer?
- Are there any configurations in Betaflight I should tweak?
- Are there any other things I should be aware of when building it?

I have a pretty vague idea how to start. I watched a few build videos of other brushless micros, but I can't seem to find a specific tutorial for this quad.
If anyone can help me out or provide tutorials, I would be eternally grateful.

Here are the components (minus the obvious parts, of course)

Welcome to the forum. I assume this is your first build. Anyway, I think you are not getting help because you are asking us to write a whole guide for building a quadcopter. No one is going to do this for you. I don't mean to be rude, so don't take it that way. There are hundreds upon hundreds of videos and guides out there on how to wire a quad. You are not going to find a guide specifically for your combination of components. When it comes down to it, RX connects to the FC a certain way. Motor connects to ESC a certain way. ESC connects to FC a certain way. You get the point. Once you understands how components connect to each other, you can build any quad with any combination of components. Once you run into more specific problem, that is what the forum is here to help you with. Example, why isn't my FC get signal from my RX, I wired this way and config it this way.

You should start with Joshua Bardwell's video on how to wire a FC.

Come back if you can't get it to work. Good luck.

Welcome to the forum OscarWao

I can concur with what voodoo says. I looked at this post earlier and there was so much to address that I didn't know where to start and didn't have the time to explain.

Your challenge: watch videos that show you how to build a quad... then for individual details search for them.

In addition to the bardwell video, UAVfutures has a good one where he builds on camera

Then something you can do is google your individual components... For example the following search turned up this image
how to wire fishpepper 5a

Alll that said though, it looks like a pretty awesome little build! I hope you share the details with us as you get going

Welcome to the forum OscarWao, I also looked at this post yesterday, did a quick search, and found the manual for the racewhoop FC  between these pics to wire the FC and Carl's ESC pic, you should be able to make a start...  Here is a post from Voodoo614 about making a smoke stopper, which you can use to check the continuity of your wiring.

Good luck man, any specific questions, just ask.
