Help! for choosing FPV equipments.
#1
Hi,I have TS5828 32CH 5.8GHz 600MW transmitter.I want to buy FPV receiver so,I searched lot of items-

1.Boscam RC305 5.8ghz 8CH receiver
2.RC805 5.8ghz 8CH receiver
3.5.8G Mini FPV Receiver UVC Video Downlink OTG
4.Realacc RX5808 Lite Open Source 5.8G 40CH Diversity Receiver
5.Realacc RX5807 5.8G 40CH FPV Receiver RC Receiver
6.Fatshark FSV2445 V2 32CH 5.8G Diversity Receiver
7.Happymodel VMR40 5.8G 40Channels Video Wireless Reciever

Now,these receiver have any compatibility issue for pairing with my transmitter? I know that Realacc & fatshark modules are used by fatshark Goggles FPV but i want to use these modules with"n type - Modular Rx for Android".

I can choose-5.8ghz mini FPV uvc downlink otg or happy model vmr40 5.8ghz 40ch receiver.But what about their range and latency?

Mainly i considering long range,no lag, good picture quality and my first priority is to use smartphone as monitor(for vr 3d purpose).

So,please suggest me!

For long range (imo) Diversity should be a top priority. Gives you the option for a very high gain directional antenna(patch/helical) as well as CP (circular polarized) And Im sure someone with more experience can probly explain this better for you. Or have some better ideas.

And as far as compatibly goes, you just have to confirm your VRx will have the same bands/channels listed for the TS5828 (usually listed in the specs somewhere)

Your receiver does not have to include ALL of the channels that your transmitter does. (Some receivers may have more channels, some may have less.) Doesn't really matter since you can only fly on one channel at a time.  For example, if you select 5665 on your transmitter (E3), then you would select 5665 on your receiver (and all three of those you listed have that channel - so in that sense, they are all "compatible").

The current "standard" is for 40 channels and those usually match up one for one.  The older 32 channel receivers may not include "race band", but that still gives you 32 other channels to select from (and those 32 are also present on your transmitter).

Thumbs Up Awesome! Thumbs Up
Yeah you dont have to have all the channels. If you plan on flying with friends though I do suggest more channels to prevent interference on close frequencies (the more frequencies you have, the easier it will be to find one far enough apart from your friends.) Here is an article Oscar wrote that really helped me.
