i made a comment in another post concerning HeliDirect's customer service. i would like to clean it up, because it was my fault they never replied to my e-mail. i had sent a e-mail about a dead flight controller i had ordered from them and never got a response. it was because i had sent it to the wrong department. once i sent it to the correct department i received a reply the same day, with a rma number so i can send the flight controller back to get it replaced. i hope their turn around time is just as fast.
