Did You try following Painless tutorial?

I had problems with HT-05 too, but I think I had different baud rate pre-set on my module. Ports/baud rate checked?

EDIT: You also may have problems with Arduino software version You are using. I followed Oscar's tip to downgrade to 1.0.5 and it worked in case of my OSD, where newest one didn't connect.
Find me on Youtube and Instagram. I currently fly: DRC Aura, NOX5R, Minimalist 112 and drive a scrap RC car

Yes I did m8. How to change that baud rate without AT command? I tried to change baud rate at the serial monitor and it didnt help at all Sad and yea I know about the Arduino version, so I tried a newest and that one u mentioned. I can connect it to my mobile phone but I think I need 115000 baud rate to wire it to F3, is it? I need to change baud rate of the module in that serial monitor but I cant get in, it doesnt answer OK to me ))))

P.S. Ports been checked too Wink

Yea m8 thats what I want to do Smile got 2 of them like I said and one of them will work with my Jiyi P2 Pro FC too

But before I need to program this module to use it on F3 Wink like Painless360 did , need to change baud rate first

I got one more module, I think it's HC-09 or something with BT4.0 and I cant get it work at all lol HC-05 is a bit easier, it connects to my phone but this HC-09 not Sad

or may be I need to connect "KEY" pin to somewhere on my FTDI adapter or Nano V3?

forgot to say that i dont have button on this modules, so I short circuit where should be a button and it goes to programming mode but it doesnt respond to AT commands Sad

KEY pin needs to be tied to VCC to put HC-05 into AT mode
