Hi there this is my first build I bought a tarot robocat and naze32 full rev5, and I had it powering up via USB lovely then I purchased motors and esc s emax 12a bl heli temporarily wired them up and plugged in the battery and USB lead the light came on for a second then went out and gets very hot as soon as it's plugged in. It is not being picked up by clean flight anymore will plugging all the bec esc's into the fc blow it I'm just trying to work out where I went wrong before ordering a new one cheers gaz

When you're connecting ESCs with BECs to the board, you only need to connect all 3 wires from motor 1 to the FC. You only need to connect the ground and signal from the remaining 3. If you connected power from all 4, then yes, that's why your board is toast
