Handmolded Prop cutter
#1
I have some 6 inch props laying around that i cannot use right now, no 3d printer but remembered that i bought some moldable plastic so why not try and make me a prop cutter to cut 6 inch to 5 inch.
I was so enthousiatic about making it i totally forgot to make some pictures of the parts i used so i try to explain.
I used a piece of a transparent pipe that fits over the nose cap from the dremel 3000, after i search a rectangular piece of plastic (you can see it in the pictures) as my base.
I heated my moldable plastic and mold it into a sausage and pushed the piece of pipe and plasitc right into it.
Drilled 2 holes, one for the prop holder and one to stick the dril out and voila magic happens and done. See the results for yourself.
