I recently just purchased this flight controller( Flywoo 411 stack 20A ) and esc through RDQ. Solder the plug and motors, just wanted to test the esc to make sure it is probably installed. I used multimeter to test for continuity ..everything seem fine but when I used the smoke stopper ESC wouldn’t light up and even attach the flight controller to see if it would work please tell me what am doing wrong my first 2.5 inch quad

A smoke stopper can give a false alarm on low amp settings but it might be the sudden amp draw of the motors.

Regardless, I will advise you meticulously do your multimeter tests to ensure there is no continuity and also a quick search for solder balls under a magnifying glass.

I actually do a smoke stopper test on a FC/ESC combo before soldering anything using power supplied to the battery input voltage pads using alligator clips.
