1 Updating my Naze32 quad with latest betaflight, but unsure of what is best:
Gyro/Pid= 2khz
Or
Gyro= 2.8khz; Pid= 1.4khz (40% cpu)
What should give a better result?

1 Stick to 2/2. 40% CPU can easily spike much higher in flight.. best to stay below 30%.

1 CPU utilization is only 6% at 2/2... So I'll stick with this

If you have accelerometer disabled, angle mode is not available since acc is the hardware that's providing information about quad orientation in all axes in relation to the ground.
Try 4/2khz and see if you fall under 40%, if not, stay at 2/2. Sorry, a might have been wrong about your board capabilities.
