Last time I was build the FX5 FlyFish of GEPRC, and I really like the fishtail motor mount.
Recently, I found their improved upon the QAVX, called TX Chimp,
with adjustable GOPRO mount, special LEDs board and the fishtail motor mount, very cool.
So I bought the GEP-TX4 Chimp to have fun.

When you get the kit on the table you’ll see all the components are individually packed. But I didn't take a photo for this.
The instruction manual, the “X” arms bottom plate, wire leads, YES gold screws, black aluminum column, PDB, the XT60 cable, an LED board, battery protective plate with landing foam, belt, antislip pads.

First, I installed the PDB, with the 5V/3A + 12V/500MA of BEC, GEPRC manufactured.

Installed the LED board and FC

A little carbon board upon the FC is a placement for image transimission receiver.

I thought it’s really nice detail for the LEDs board.
It can be controlled by FC or the button in the middle and is included operates on 5V.
It is only for this frame and has 2 columns of 5 WS2812B, very bright.
They are 4 color: red, green, white, blue and 3 modes: quickly flash, slow flash, often bright. So you can customize it to look the way you like.

Putting the top plate and the YES gold screws together, that is the adjustable GOPRO mount, adjustable 20-50 degrees.
And there is another back board to fix and protect the antenna.

Installed the FPV mount, suitable for FOXEER/RUNCAM, the maximum adjustable 60 degrees.

Last to said, this frame kit provided the battery protective plate and landing foam. The frame and the battery protective plate both have the anti slip pad, so the battery will very stable during the landing or the crash.

Finally, I must said that I really like the LEDs board in the back and the adjustable camera mount. And it’s so beautiful for the YES gold screws. Looking at the 3K full carbon fiber, I was thinking may be it could be better quality than the previous.

Wow!!  I love the looks of that!  The chamfered edges look great - and it looks like you polished them up some more.  Nice job!  And nice clean build so far.  Can't wait to see the rest! Popcorn

And welcome to the forum, Shirley!
