Kombini fc



It's a gram lighter than my now borked kiss fc at 7.1g albeit without pins and buzzer

I'll be fitting one to a qav-x with dys xs20a esc's and zmx 2205 2300kv motors, update when I get it fitted

Anyone need some kiss 24a esc's

I could use some spares.

My Kombini is coming! after 3 weeks of waiting for replacement LOL

I'm thinking about using a kobini on a atom v2.

Think sigloss has his eyes on the esc's jimmy, had some time this morning to swap out the spr f3 clone board and pdb for the kombini

 





I thought this was gonna be a quick job lol, it's time for me to visit the opticians, anyone spot the obvious ?
Really pleased with the kombini so far, bf gui recognIsed it straight off the bat and it's loaded with bf 3.0

just ordered mine today, gonna put it on a 130 or 150 frame to build a 3" racer

Looks like you put a fixed XT60 connector on the PDB, and then soldered a short pigtail XT60 on the FC

Yeeeeesssss, on the Kiss ESC's, no doubt I'll blow one very soon (that's assuming it's not another 6 months before the British weather allows flying again).

Now remind me how super smooth the BLheli_S XS20A's are

Kombini woes ? Out of the 3 boards I purchased from Furious, #2 does not connect to the PC via USB. I emailed Furious last week regarding the problem, as yet no response. Having read through the rcgroups Kombini thread, it's not looking great. Fingers crossed

Yes I have tried 2 boards, and both have some sort of problems with 5V... can only powered on with USB port, but not from LiPo...
They are having a tough time dealing with problems i guess, as I have been waiting for another replacement but it's been 2 weeks now still no sign of it.

Not quite biggles I soldered the pigtail on back to front, only spotted during my final inspection.
Hopefully Furious will sort themselves out Oscar ?

Might just have to keep the kiss esc's n give it a try yes sigloss, blheli-s is most definitely a forward step, with 8k looptime on the kombini (stock settings) the linear feel on the throttle is very similar to the full kiss setup. Let's see if my uber cheap racerstar ms25a blheli-s esc's are as smooth as the dys xs20a ?

i'm having the same problem Oscar. no 5V power.

Furious have now responded, offering a replacement for the faulty kombini. A nudge via PayPal was required

ech... sad that you had to kindly push via paypal to get the attention... as it looks cool (fc and all) customer satisfaction and handling is crucial.
hope that in future you won't need to poke with a stick to get some answers.
