did you assign the switches in modestab?

You need at least the Arm mode mapped to a switch in Betaflight to fly. Are your sticks moving in the BetaFlight > Receiver tab?

First things first, with a LiPo connected are you able to spin the motors in the Motors tab of Betaflight Configurator? If you can then you at least then know the motors and ESCs are working. Then you can look at whether your receiver is communicating with the FC and also what modes you have set up as per the other replies. See Oscar's article below for how to set up Betaflight modes...

https://oscarliang.com/betaflight-modes

You also need to set up your switches to output on spare auxiliary channels in order to use them to control any modes you configure in Betaflight. For configuring switches to do that, see the following article...

https://oscarliang.com/setup-switch-opentx

If you are getting no channel movements in the Receiver tab at all for the sticks or switches then please run both the "dump" and "diff all" commands in the Betaflight Configurator CLI tab and copy/paste the results back here, and please also post some good clear photos of the actual wiring and connections between your receiver and flight controller.
