Hi Folks....
While I am building my first quad, I thought it would be prudent to fly on a simulator to get some practice. While I realize that a simulator can only come so close to the real thing, it's better then nothing. Anyway...to the point of my question......I got the Taranis Plus to work with Freerider ok, EXCEPT for the throttle stick. I mean it works, but it doesn't start to spin the motors until I get to what I would call half throttle (stick dead centered). So it works from there through being pushed all the way forward. To me, it seems more natural if the motors are started at (or near) to the beginning of throw instead of half way through it. It compresses the motor's range into half the stick travel and for me it makes it a little too sensitive. O have the offset set to 50 and the range set to 50 and expo at 15. If I use any other setting then that it starts doing some really funky stuff. If any one knows how to do this (it's probably pretty simple), I would appreciate them sharing that knowledge. Thank you one and all!
