I been seeing some fpv cars pop up.  Which wouldn't normally make me turn my head but when you see DJI getting into the game ...



Then I see Emax also getting into the game ...



Even Zoe FPV just out out a fpv car video ...



This is going to be funny.  I been trolling around the rc car forums to get help on stuff and wow ... there are some hardcore purists over there.  One guy asked if anyone put a gyro on their rock crawler and Holmes Hobby guy (like the TBS or rock crawlers) goes something like, "sure why don't you put a robot in there too so it can drive for you and you just do nothing and watch it!"  BAhahaha

(And yes, I did get a gyro because I got curious LOL.)




[edit] P.S. Please DO NOT buy these rc cars. If you really want to futs around with rc cars, hit me up, I've done a lot of research into these things its way better to just make it yourself - and depends on how you want to drive (I probably got the wrong car). No offense to Zoe but her setup is way janky.

Yeah I had fun with this a couple years ago.

rc cars break and have problems from looking at them... if they are fast they arent durable. compared to a copter, rc cars are way more expensive and slow... with shocks the ability to read the forces well over a 2d cam is impossible... but sure it is fun!
