Fpv problem
#1
Hi
I recently got a diatone gt200 and have it set up and flying nice.
I m having a problem with my FPV. I installed a foxeer monster v2 camera in to quad and its been fine. Today i was doing some testing in beta flight and also looking at camera settings . My screen has a large triangle shape that is pixelated at the top. I cycled the power to my goggles and quad but it is still there.
Goggles are eachine ev100 (all i could afford buying everything at once), so i dont have recording function to show an image.
Any ideas.
Also camera has a mic but I can see nowhere to connect on diatone, not really bothered about audio as i read it can introduce a wee bit lag in fpv
Any help appreciated ?

Hard to help without seeing image. Maybe try to take photo through the goggles?

Do you have OSD on your FC? If so, try updating the font.

Adding audio to your FPV signal has no effect on delay.

An FPV system is based on good old analogue TV using either the NTSC or PAL encoding method. For the lowest possible delay, you should always use NTSC as it runs at a higher frame rate (30 fps) than PAL. (25 fps).

The disadvantage of adding sound is that it takes up slightly more bandwidth as shown by this illustration of the spectrum of an NTSC signal:

The extra bandwidth increases the chance of your signal bleeding over into other channels. With good quality transmitters, this is a minor problem.

Thanks unseen
I cannot see anywhere to connect the camera audio lead.
Have tried searching online. Not sure there is on the diatone

If you have the diatone vtx stack, it has a built-in mic. Connect your ear buds to goggles, you should hear your quad.
