I was looking around at FPV cameras and I'm wondering how do you get a video feed from the camera to my screen?

Does it link with a phone or something?

You will need a Monitor or FPV goggles that have a built in (or standalone ) 5.8ghz receiver that covers the band range of your video transmitter.
