My wife wanted to go bird-watching for the afternoon, so I tagged along to this pretty spot for some flights.

.. last time I was at my in-laws (Pawleys Island SC) I got to burn a few packs over the marsh.. was kinda fun following some big birds. I have had one failsafe, but I now fly crossfire..fingers crossed

Yeah, this would have been a tough place to recover if I had gone down in some of those spots. Always exciting to toe the line between beauty and catastrophe.

Thank you! I was very excited to be able to get so close to them. They didn't love the drone, but also weren't overly disturbed by it. I've been surprised by the variance in some wildlife's lack of response to such a curious and loud thing as a drone.
