So the next thing was that after the re-flash of Betaflight I had no OSD in the EMax Transporter screen!

I'd re-entered the correct MSP port for the HDZero VTX in Config, so not that.

Found in a HDZero VTV fault finding video that the "Auto" setting for displayport device does not work, nor does it find the UART.

SO

set osd displayport_device = MSP

set displayport_msp_serial = (UART No and subtract one) and it was on UART 2, so entered 1

save

And up popped the OSD display!

HURRAH!!

That's all great news. So, I believe that you are now running BF 4.3.2 and after loading the original dump file it flies much better? I still wonder if updating to 4.4 and using some presets wouldn't be better. We have another big storm coming in next week, so I think that I will take the time to update mine and see what happens.

The supplied version was 4.3.1.  (the poltergeist edition in the way it acted with settings WAY different to yours which I dumped never wanting to see it again!!)

I loaded 4.4.0 once I had it out of the frame and could access the bind button as it would NOT go into DFU mode without that, but immediately after doing a cli "version" and without testing went backwards to 4.3.2, only done to prove it was actually altering!

I used basically your extremely useful dump file with 4.3.2 as thats the last version before 4.4 step, no significant changes between those versions, and I didn't want to introduce any "4.4 effect" given the various issues coming to light and the currently uncertain differences of that step.

It's still by no means as it will continue to be set, as so far its only been flown indoors (more this morning round the house and through hoops, and very VERY briefly round garden (as I'm wary of its noise profile, way above the 65 and 75's I usually fly).

Going to be next week before I get a chance to thrash it more at our remote field, and its not getting altered again till after that and I have a better feel of hoiw it flies now.

SINCE doing all efforts so far, today I found:-

https://www.flyingtech.co.uk/electronics/foxeer-reaper-aio-v3-f745-45a-bls-bluejay-2-6s

And even that is not in a sensible form to print for reference!

It is a BIG vote against Foxeer support that they could not have pointed me at that info which must have come from Foxeer in the first place and STILL have not sent me a backup dump set for Betaflight and Bluejay needed since I clearly could not trust anything I had that was loaded on arrival. THREE times I have asked!!!!   Angry

Finally the wind and rain ceased so it got flown today at our field.... for three packs.

Rates need attention, pitch is OK but I fell asleep doing a roll................... Yawn.................

So to summate so far:-

Its tough
It's heavy for its size
It's noisy, though actually not bad for a CineWhoop, the Alpha 75 I had briefly was noisier, as was the 3" I built with deeper ducts (that was damn deafening!).
Flight duration was OK but not great, but then I was running quite old 650mAh 4S. (I just checked.... five years old and likely not used for a year plus!)
It's OK power wise.
It wobbles quite a bit during "falls" from hover. (pretty much default BF settings)

Flying Buddy used headset as he'd not experienced HDZero while I flew LOS one battery and he pronounced it "very smooth".

More tuning required though, methinks.
