Fly away drone

Emax skyline 32 acro
littlebee 30amp ESC
EMAX RS2205 2300kv
FRSKY X4RSB
TBS TANGO RADIO

setup FC in BETAFLIGHT and calibrated ESC. all motors work properly we operated through betaflight.
when i power the quad without props and input a very small amount of throttle without increasing it any, the motors will gradually increase in RPM until i move the stick back to zero throttle. its does this constantly we checked the receiver inputs on betaflight and the receiver input is remaining at one valve. please help. i read another post on this same issue possibly and he raised the low pass filter to solve the problem. i made changes to the low pass filters settings and it did not seem to help.

Hm this sounds pretty normal without props... the motors try to correct even the smallest errors generated by vibration or electrical noise, but because they are not effective without props they try to push harder and harder. Once your throttle stick goes back below min_check, these accumulated errors (i-term) are cancelled out.

You can expect it to work pretty normal with props on and after getting some air between quad and ground. Smile

Your flight controller has an F1 processor and is not exactly the most powerful. It's possible that you might have a CPU load that is way too high.

When you are connected to the Betaflight configurator, what does the status line tell you your CPU loading is?

Also, you shouldn't be using the trims on your radio. You should set all the trims to centred and leave them alone. Then you should make sure that the channel values go from 1000 to 2000 and are centred at 1500 for pitch, roll and yaw. If the range is not large enough, you should use the travel adjust on your radio to fix that. If the channel is not centred at 1500, you should use the subtrim on your radio to fix it.
