I also configured  my transmitter(Flysky FS-TH9X),in acro mode and done all necessary settings.
but when I try to arm the motors,nothing happened   ,My min throttle value is 1024(that is found after motor clibration) and I saved it into configuration tab in cleanflight.
And my min throttle stick value is (1030-1050).

You need to try first to get the stick value at the following things:
1st center stick: 1500
2nd low stick: 1000
3rd high stick 2000
This have you to do for every channel you use.

You can trim this values in your transmitter.
