Loaded up the newer version of Betaflight configurator 1.5 and installed BF 2.9.0 on one of my mini quads.
Opened up BF and looked at all the stuff and very nice.
Looked some more.
and more
and more
and finally this came into mind.
In other words I was like huh?.say what?, I have this, and now that, damn..Whatever happened to plugging it in, calibrate esc's and outta there.?
I am more into flying than spending time twiddling this and that to get the "Utopian Quad", and I will be honest, half of the stuff in BF I have no understanding of at all, and probably would not know the difference if I had it turned on or off.
So long as the quad goes forward , backwards, side to side and rolls I am happy, and not overly fussed about gyro drift automated 2ghz, 0.00000000000000002 nano seconds delays, or bifocal spigot thrust ratios with NTSC ground looping interjections, so long as the quad fly's nice for me.
But..on a serious note.
I am forever grateful to those that make this software to keep us all flying, and in no way I am trying to besmirch anyone.
These developers deserve far more credit than they probably get.
And thanks to all those in this forum who can help this old bugger with some of the stuff I get stuck with.
