First Impressions: Skyzone Sky04x

Rapidfire does fit, but you have to print a cover for it on the 04X.  There is a 3d print file out there.  Mine works very well.

Where can I find new lenses for Skyzone 04? My goggles were in terrible shape with scratches. After six months of use, it is simply impossible to look at it.

Saw this recently. It's got the same form factor, but the display hardware supports 1080p60 and 720p100. It's a dang good option if somebody uses analog most of the time and likes to slap a digital receiver on sometimes.

I think you're going to be out of luck unfortunately. The lenses are part of the optics module which isn't a serviceable item so you would need a complete replacement optics module which is most of the cost of the goggles, and that is assuming you are actually able to purchase one of those modules separately direct from Skyzone. I guess you could try reaching out to Skyzone support to ask, but it's probably not going to be financially viable to do that. It might be better to just try and find a pre-owned pair of goggles for sale that are in good shape.

It seems to me that it will be more economical to buy new CADDX X. But a little later, when beta testing on end users ends.
