Finding it hard to get motivated and fly...

You need to find a way to challenge yourself. Flying for the sake of flying might work for a while, but like everything, boredom sets in eventually. For me that might be flying through a gap, learning a new trick, maybe build a new drone. But doing the same thing each time leads to how you seem to feel now. Alternatively, you could take a sabbatical for a couple of months and see if some time away from it helps.

When i worked in IT, I would go on holiday twice a year and on those holidays i would take no electronics per se (but sometimes a pre pay phone if I was trekking off the beaten track). I would 100% cut myself off from the things I did day to day. That was the only way i could function in my job. Eventually it still caught up with me and I would burnout and maybe quit and go do something else for a couple of months. So I know where you are coming from. When it isn't fun any more, it's time to put everything back in the cupboard and walk away from it for a while.
