I'm trying to connect my goggles to my pc but there is no video coming into my goggles. Have already cycle through the modes to HDMI-2D and HDMI-3D and still no video.
Any advise on how to resolve this issue? Your advise is much appreciated.

If you've not already read through the FatShark FAQ on HDMI issues, it's at the following link...

It is likely a PC issue. Have you check that you are getting signal from the PC? When you plug into your PC, go to the display setting (right click empty space on desktop, screen resolution). Your Fatshark is your 2nd monitor. Under multiple displays select duplicate these displays.
