Hey Hotdog, I am interested!

Only problem is SVG file... Can you accept PNG? And if so can you share the template details so that I can match it up even though I don't have a program to design SVG?

Absolutely! It would be no problem to provide you with a PNG.

Here is a zip file with the PNG files for the 1inch Strap
Here is a zip file with the PNG files for the 2inch strap

Thanks for giving us a chance to come up with a solution instead of just giving up on us!

I received it and I am happy. You didn't ask for an official review but I'll give one anyway Smile

Ordering / Design Upload Process /  Price:
So for starters you all can see above that hotdog will work with you on file format. This was big +++ in my eyes. A lot of times needing very specific high end design formats is what has held me back from ordering custom products like this. So when he said "PNG is fine, here is the template" I was very happy. Uploading and ordering is very easy. Just go onto the site, read the instructions on the page and "click here to start" to submit your custom design (you can also pick from the pre-made designs on the page). The next page the instructions are easy to follow, templates are half way down the page if you need them or there is a PNG template on this thread above in case you prefer that file type like I did!. Put in data and pay with paypal or credit card.

I paid $25 for mine because I did my own design and got a 1 inch strap (help with design, and thicker straps cost extra). I will absolutely purchase a custom radio strap if they start offering those in custom designs!

Communication from seller and shipping time
In addition to the communication here on the thread I recieved 3 emails. The first was from paypal saying they got my money (always good), the second was to confirm my order just 9 minutes later, and the 3rd was the very next day telling me that my order had shipped! Talk about fast Smile very happy, just the right amount of communication.

I received the package today. I only placed the order on Sunday and I already have it so very good fast service and shipping was speedy at least to my part of the

Quality of product & print
When I opened the package I found 2 straps  Huh  very strange, I only ordered one... Then I looked at what was written on one "Rejected" and it explained that it had print issues, the packaged suggested it could be a backup. So the first one had a defect, rather than throw it away it shipped with the one that came out good. That's kinda cool! I don't think I'll ever use the defective one but having a backup never hurts. So I looked at the good one, the printing was great! you can read the word "Las Vegas" in the vegas sign that is printed on it based on my avatar here on the forum. The lines are crisp and the yellow to light yellow gradient in the background is smooth and without any quality issues. It looks exactly how I was hoping it would look. The print is all the way on the outside of the strap, with the inside being white. Very impressive that the print has such detail on a woven texture like that.

Installation
Installation was a pain!... I am not complaining, I understand why it is a pain. The strap is stiffer, especially because it's still new. I have the HD3s that have the extra plate around them so getting it into the little groove in the middle was tough. Once I did though it went on just fine and there was no damage to the print while contorting and squeezing it in.

Feel on head
This strap is much more firm than the stock strap. I like this because with FS goggles you really need them as close to your face as possible to get good focus. I have loosened the strap a bit to fit on my big head and the fit feels good.

Here is a photo of mine installed. Overall, I do recommend this product Smile

Thank you for the review. We're always glad to get customer feedback. We often do not get anything after a product is sent to a customer. We're always curious. I know exactly what you mean about the faceplate making it more difficult to get the straps in. I've had to use a little tool to coax it around the inside corner.

Thank you again for your purchase and review!

yeah, I grabbed a flat head precision screwdriver and got it in there after a little bit of "coaxing"

Very happy Smile
