30 Regarding flashing, my usual suspects are 1) drivers, 2) bootpads, 3) "full chip erase" enabled...
But as Oscar said, more info would help.

2 I had similar struggles with an F3 brushed board. I spent hours trying to get it to flash, it was the most trouble I've had to date.
What eventually worked for me was to flash it with Zadig. I tried every bit of information I could find, nothing else worked.
Another thing to consider is that perhaps you have the target wrong. It doesn't say, explicitly, what the target is for the E010s. Are you still able to connect to the board? If so, connect to the board, go to the CLI, and type "version". That will tell you the correct target to be using, and you can confirm that you have that set correctly.

13 I have spent a huge amount of time trying to work out the flashing of the F3 boards I have.
First there's a jumper to put it into "Flash" (or Bootloader) mode. But in that mode the Serial Port doesn't act the same as usual. So you (well I) need to use Zdiag to select the correct driver to use when it's in Bootloader mode. The instructions and tutorials (I don't generally YouTube ones, preferring text and screen shots) don't make as much sense as perhaps they could, so I fumble around until a "DFU" port mode comes up in Cleanflights serial port box on the top left of screen.
Then I can start the flashing process.
Don't forget to select the correct target types and all that.
At the end of all that magically only half the time my USB port reverts back to working normally triggering another round of wrestling with Zdiag so I can access the configurator.
Yeah.
Outright I'll say it. It sucks. Unfortunately for a lot of people this is either already a second-nature activity OR they have a PC hardware setup that's working a bit better with all this port type swapping and changing.
