Exversa Juno - The ultimate design?
#1
Presentation
It is time to tell you about a frame with a design and a design out of the ordinary.
We came across a Facebook post with the Exversa Juno.
The Facebook page is available hereand exversa website design here
As for me, I was speechless at the finish and the outcome of the final result, needless to say that the favorite was immediate[Image: 1f642.svg] !
So we decided to order a copy with 5 and 6 inch arms to you the present (here 6 inches).

It is available in 5 inch (220 mm) to 78 grams or 6 inches (250mm) for 85 grams.
The complete kit includes Juno Exversa
  • Full pod with the antenna tube and end of the tube (the cut-outs allow to use all the HD cameras).

  • hand flat 6mm

  • 2 flat 2mm from sandwich the flat hand of 6mm and serving as an attachment for flight map.

  • 6 arm of the format selected in the order in 6 mm

  • a mounting kit for the flight map

  • 20 M3 x 12mm titanium

  • a key 6 2mm socket for mounting the frame

  • a carbon tool for changing propellers.

  • a key ring Exversa enough class.

The frame has a quick change arm system (3 screws), it takes 5 minutes to change an arm.

A simple and effective system allows to increase the resistance in case of impact on the arms, they come to match the shape of the flat hand once set.
here the arm of the locking system (v1)

And here's the most solid v2

The design of the chassis Honeycomb brings several advantages:
  • It allows once airborne, optimize the air penetration and better cool the components.

  • aerodynamics is optimal because the air passes through the frame.

  • weight gain

  • the increased structural strength

  • the distribution of forces in the event of a violent impact

the Pod

The pod is injected nylon, it is very solid and can also available from white and pink.
It is fixed by the flat bottom of the hand with 4 screws and secures all HD cameras frequently used in FPV.
The camera is fixed by the lens and this poses no particular problem.
By cons, it is necessary to use a 4 in 1 esc this frame.
Mounting
I chose this assembly the following components for Version 5 inches:
- Engines: X-Foot (sunnysky) 2207-2600kv available here
- Flight Card: RaceStar F3S Full AIO - 30amp ESC - Osd / Bec - available here
- Camera: Foxeer Xat 600m HS 1177 - available right here
- VTX: VTX03 25MW- 50MW -200MW available here
- RX: FrSky xm + Available here

This flight card allows a clean, quick and easy installation by simplifying the maximum wiring for an unbeatable price.
It will suffice to connect the XT 60, the four motors, the camera, the rx and vtx supplied with 5 volts by the integrated spout.

It manages the DShot 600 original and settings esc its correct except serial Min & Max which are unsuited to DShot.
The OSD of the map is fully configurable in BETAFLIGHT.
It also has a current sensor.
I added a 25v 1000uF capacitor to filter the set.

The weight to fly, without lipo is 289 grams.
The 2207 - 2600 kv bring massive torque with fitted propellers

Conclusion
This frame will suit best for freeride and freestyle in 5 or 6 inches, she is very rigid and has a great inertia,
it would be best to have the pod in TPU for durability even if the original well absorbs the shocks.
The locking arm in its 2nd release yet provides additional rigidity.
good flights
