Hey Everyone,

In the past few months I've had all sorts of desync issues, some were solved while others are still not solved.  Funny thing is when I didn't know what I was doing, I had less of these types of problems.  Now that I "think" I know what I'm doing, it seems like I'm running into more desync issues.

I just recently found out that dys xm series has desync problems and just today Boris told me that even LB 30a escs have problems.  Before buying these products, I was under the impression that they were both good and didn't have any issues.

Anyway,  I'm simply trying to minimize downtime and crashing from mechanical/software problems.  Can you guys recommend escs that have rock solid performance and do not have desync issues?  Also, maybe I don't know what I'm doing and I'm not using these esc's with proper settings.  Any suggestions would help.

I'm using both DYS XM20's and LB 20a's I haven't had any desync issues with either. I'm running SP Racing F3 FC's. what I've found in the past is once I have my built complete, set dampen light, and high rpm in BLHeli, I'll set my throttle min and max to 1000-2000 calibrate, then bump my max down to about 1875, then find the setting for my min command. and then leave them alone. go back into BLHeli and and uncheck the calibrate by tx, and not mess with them anymore. no recalibrations, no changing settings in cleanflight/Betaflight configurator. just leave them alone.

I have pretty much done all that. But not set Max throttle as low as 1875. Aren't you clipping away a lot of your top end throttle?

I found a video by Joshua Bradwell (I hope I spelled that right) where he explains that there is a top end dead band on your throttle. if you leave your max at 2000 and go full throttle, then slowly come down you can hear that your motors don't start to slow down till you reach about 90-95% throttle. so by setting your throttle max a little lower, your taking out the dead band.

Yeah I watched that too and already set it up.  In my case the max throttle is around 1960.
