0 Does it matter if your ESC's play the startup jingle all at the same time (in unison)?
The final two beeps are delayed on a couple ESC's it seems. Hovers fine on a quick test, no cam or vtx yet to find out the hard way haha. I've searched the interwebs all day but no definitive yes or no.
My gear: BetaflightF3 AIO board, ZTW Flash 30A ESC's.

0 When the initialization beeps are out of sync by the end. I wouldn't worry about it. Mine do it as well. Never had any problems related to that.
But try calibrate your ESC just in case

72 Interesting problem!
The first three beeps mean that the ESC firmware has started up. The next, low beep means 'throttle signal detected' and the final higher beep means 'zero throttle detected, ready to start'.
Like Paul said, it might be an idea to repeat calibration. Use BLHeliSuite to check that the calibration is good and check if the ESCs are running the latest version of BLHeli_S. Update them if not and re-calibrate.
Personally, I'd be a little worried if there seemed to be some delay in the ESCs recognising the throttle signal. What ESC protocol are you running?
