4 I have one ESC (Afro 12a BLHeli) that is getting very hot (even with FC disarmed), but is working just fine.
There is a way to fix before it completely fried and stop?
If I have to buy new ones, do you recommend Little Bees or DYS XM Series?

5 If your ESC has a BEC then it's normal to get warm a you apply power to it. The linear regulators dissipate the wattage difference as heat. If it doesn't have a bec then it's a problem...
I recommend the XM20A as it is faster and more capable ESC
if you want to go 30A to be safer, then both the littlebees and dys xm are good choice, both have the F390 series Silabs chip. The XMs have the cap, which gives a little assurance to not feed back too much of a current into the system, so maybe less noisy. But I haven't tried any of those.
I love to share and help people! Flying Mini Quad is the best!

1 That's normal for the Afros as FPV Monkey mentioned it has a bec supplying power to the fc even when not armed. I have crap load of Afros sitting in a box.
The xm20s seem to be really good. I just got some so I'm going to testt them out. F390 processor is the new gen of ESC hardware. Nothing wrong with lb20 or rg20 or other older f330 esc's though.
