Why would changing from a 3 to 5 blade prop make one esc cut out when i punch it? Does it have to do with the blades, or did i mess somethin else up?

Does it have to do with the blades, or did i mess somethin else up? 16-Nov-2016, 10:30 PM 5 blade prop would be pulling a lot more current (amps), especially if your referring to those racekraft pentablades. Too high Amp draw and overheating = thermal shutdown or what blheli suite temp protection. Temp protection enabled will save the esc but it will shutdown if temp reaches a too high of value. And by the way, personally, I think 5 blades are just a joke, even 4 blades are pushing it too much. |
