Hy guys! I need you help. I need to buy new ESCs. Which is better choice? MakerFire 30A or RacerStar MS 35A or RacerStar 25A? All of ESCs running BLHeli FW but the RacerStars support OneShot 125, 42, multistar Thank you!

There are a bunch of folks on here that can help, but they are going to need a little more info then that. Motor and battery size just for starters........

It's right. I'm planning to use Matek PDB, Falcon 180 motor(2204 2300kv), Turnigy Nano-tech 3S 49-90C battery (soon 4S).

There is a difference between BLHeli and BLHeli_S.
I would recommend BLHeli_S.

Between the RacerStar 25A and 35A versions, It really depends on your choice of motors and props.
But from the spec, there is no difference in weight nor size, but the 35A is $7 more than 25A. So if that's not a problem for you i guess i would go for the 35A.

You can run as big ESC you want, as it is the prop and motor that will decide how much current it draws, but a 2204 2300KV with 3s or 4s is no problem for a 20A esc. That saying without trying them, I would go for the 25A version.
You also got these ESCs but I'm not sure which is best. I use Them without any problem on a 2205 2300kv setup:

I would like to try the Racekraft 5051 props. So the 20-25A maybe isn't enough.

What is the different between MS and RS V2?

MS = multishot which is the name of the pwm signal protocol from the flight controller to the esc. RS v2 I would guess is racerstar v2 escs. The v2 can run faster pwm update times than the v1. All blheli s escs can run multishot from my understanding, but if I remember correctly, v1 can run up to 8khz update times while v2 can easily run 32khz

I put some Racekraft 5051's on my 250 today and went out and few three packs. The motors never seemed any warmer then they have ever been and there was no change in the ESC either. I have Rotorgeeks 20A on mine. Admittedly I am only running 3S.....might be a different story with 4S.

nope no difference, my motors come down warm just like they normally do when i run 5040's. and i'm running 4S, 25A TBS ESCs.

by the way those 5051's are intense.

Buut I don't choose. Will I feel any disadvantages if I choose Racerstar V1? The 30$ is better for me now. Or do you know will discount at black friday?
