Question
Hey guys im working on a new build and had a noob question. Im going to use the 4 blade gemfan 2035 props with racerstar 1103 8000kv motors. I only ever used 2 blade props till now. My question is that is a 6amp escs enough for this setup. Trying not to over prop. Im only going to be running on 2s. Huh

Heres the list of all my parts so far

x2 elf frame
racerstar 1103 8000kv motors
gemfan 2035 props
fs a8s reciever
tx01 AIO

Thanks in advance

Yes, they'll be fine. I've seen basically the same setup running 3S with no problem.

Have you got your reciever yet? Just a heads up if you have any drop outs with it I had the same problem. There's a fix which is to wrap it in foil to shield it from RF interference and it worked great. Not sure if they have fixed the issue in the new batch.

I have 2 fs a8s in two other models and havent had an major issues. I have noticed sometimes when i first power on my quad and then take off there will be a delay in the input but then about 10 seconds it gone and flies no issues. I thought it was the receiver but i tried two did fs a8s on two different quads and the same thing. Thanks for the info though i might try that with this build.

I was having an issue on my KK 90gt where if I go about like 75% throttle it would hold that throttle position for a second or two after I brought the throttle back down. Made it feel like the reciever was almost lagging. There's a big forum on RCGroups with flysky rep talking in it and all. They know of the issue and have been trying to fix it but idk if it has been fixed yet. Other than that I like the reciever it's been good.
