Hi,

Just received a set of these new motors and I've read they can draw a lot of current.  Any recommendations for ESCs to go with these?  I was looking at Racerstar 30A v2 or DYS XSD 30a.  Do I need to go to 35/40A??

Any advice greatly appreciated.

30 amp would be just fine, these are just a new model based on the 2205 with slightly larger stator. They can draw 36 amps but that's at full throttle. So you'd probably have to punch out to the far reaches of the atmosphere before they burned up. I use the DYS XSDs and no complaints at all.

RENOV8R is right! as he said take some 30A esc and you are fine!
