388 The spec on Eco II always look impressive. I don't know how they can do it for $12.

16 Can I just get a one page summary of the differences without watching a 16 minute video? ;-p

11 I think if bearings are good and motor has quality parts that we end up paying for marketing and fancy colors.
I got some motors on clearance and although name brand was not impressed and poor QC,extremely poor.

786 EMAX are apparently selling the ECO II motors at a break-even price. I have no idea why they would do that but it explains the ridiculously low price of them for what is clearly a pretty good motor.

Honestly, what other Emax stuff are people buying? Tinyhawks, I guess? The margin can't be very high on those either ...
The ground is for dead people.

786 I'm still running the original red bottom EMAX RS2205S motors on my 5" after 2 years and they've been bullet proof. I never had to replace a single one of them and the bearings still seem to be as good as the day I fitted them. EMAX clearly know how to make good motors so if these ECO II's are anywhere near as reliable as their predecessors then they're an absolute steal.
