My ELRS on GOKU Versatile F405 2S 12A AIO is blinking quickly when radio is on, and not binding . The phrase is default. I have more quads and they all  bind without issue  to the very same radio

nvmd...I found out ELRS was in ver 3 on FC, not 2

This FC also has a serial ELRS receiver, not SPI, so none of the Betaflight settings above matter. You would just flash this like a standard ELRS receiver using ELRS Configurator.
